Effective October 1, 2020, we will realign most LANXESS Corporation and LANXESS Solutions US Inc. Canadian customers to our Canadian affiliate, LANXESS Canada Co./Cie. Affected customers have received a communication from the company. This realignment does not represent a change in ownership or how and where you place your orders. However, it will result in changes related to invoice and remittance details.
Changes to Invoicing and Remittance Details
After October 1, 2020 invoices for products and services will sent to you by LANXESS Canada Co. /Cie. New remittance instructions also will apply. Please note that any prior invoices billed to you by LANXESS Corporation or LANXESS Solutions US Inc. should be paid according to the stated banking information on the invoice.

Change to Tax Registration
The GST registration number on the invoices from LANXESS Canada Co. /Cie will be 871265047 RT0001.
Please update your vendor master data with the new legal entity information, as necessary, and please be sure to change the remittance details with the effective date of October 1, 2020.
